Ok, I tried it with Mx Player pro and Codec Arm 7 Neon --> I got "Not supported Android version":crying:
But I like this rom, no lags, many settings.
Thanks to the developer.

are you sure? format must be AVC/h264 to be hardware accelerated, xvid, divx... are software decoded
I tried it yet with a h264.mkv file. MX Player works really only with s/w. Sorry.
Does anyone have reboots with this firmware, too?
are you sure, in mkv container could be anything not just h264, see at properties
I tested a sample file named "Suzumiya" from this page http://www.auby.no/files/video_tests/
I'm getting force closes for every app in this rom, I am using int2extv2. Any clue how I can troubleshoot the problem?
It shows as having 500mb free out of my 1gb ext4 partition.
I tried wiping dalvik and it seemed to help a little, but the problem is also happening with system apps, like the stock browser, settings etc. Also wifi and the mobile network often aren't working for me either.
I'm wondering if its due to lack of system space. If you install gapps, how much room should there be left on the internal partition?
The strange thing is, I only notice the problems using my phone away from home, using public wifi access. Could anything be causing these problems when I'm not home? Its bizarre.
I'm not really sure if I should be posting this here or not, after all this isn't a question aimed at development.
Mounts 2 SD works much better thanks.
Its strange but I get this message every boot:
...
The other problem I have is probably not specific to your rom, but any 4+ release for the desire using the BBC iPlayer and media player app. Technically it should work, but for some reason when I try it, it on medium quality preset it freezes, on low quality it plays sound without video and in high there is video but it's too choppy.
I know the app uses adobe air but I guess these problems are related to hardware decoding different stream formats since it's almost the same using MX player when I switch to hardware instead of software decoder.
