I got my replacement white GS4 today from Best Buy. I immediately notice the back cover is solid white, (doesn't have the small texture in it), feels dull, and the print on the back looks like it's a fake GS4. I checked some common areas to check if it was fake, and it passed all for it being genuine.
Besides that, the speaker makes a crackle/pop noise on every sound. After the first pop, and once audio stops, it takes exactly 4 seconds then pops again. It will pop again as the next sound starts. It doesn't do it during audio playback, only 4 seconds after silence, and immediately as a sound begins.
Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it's killing me. Can I have them replace this phone due to the speaker? I've tried everything I can think of software wise, I think it's hardware problem.
