So one question its a good idea to push the processor from 1512 mhz to 1868 mhz or 2048 mhz
???

becouse my friend pushed his HTC One V from 1 ghz to 2 ghz and he destroyed

No, it's a waste of battery honestly. It's not going to do any miracles by OCing to 2Ghz, it will overheat pretty badly depending on the voltage you use to get there and may be unstable.
