yes i'm getting an error to. i did just as you said. i tried on two computers, xp and w7.

Before upgrading，please make sure your phone unlocking. And then extract the the“Dopod C720 23121 6.5rom.exe”. Run the ROMUpdateUtility.exe directly.

I think it's difficult to me. Because I lack the English resources, such as English 23121sys，oem and software pieces. And there are some input questions about my Chinese input software.
