Hello all, I just switched from the iPhone 5, so trying to learn android all over again. I bought the note 3 less than a week ago, and it had no issues. I have noticed my phone doesnt make an alert sound when I connect the charger. Also, my ringer is very loud, but for some notifications, I can barely hear them. What setting is this under? When I hit the volume rocker, then settings, my sounds are on. Please help. Tyvm

Thank you for using Samsung. :D
By default, the connect charger sound is no more.
Which notifications you can't hear ? Try changing the notifications ringtone, it's under settings/device/sound, if you haven't already.
So much for now, wet don't want your brain to explode for being so high on Android. ;)

All my sounds are on but my Facebook messages don't alert me so I can hear it. Is there a fix?

For charger sound you can download an app from play store called plug sound, concerning volume, you can control from volume rocker the notifications sound, lastly welcome to android and you made a hug move by buying Note 3 :good:

When pressing volume buttons you get to see a small wheel icon tap on it and your volume bar will expand. There you will see 4 different volume controls each for phone, media, notifications and system. Turn all sliders to top.
