Why don't u learn first how root works so you'll know relatively where is the problem?
The error says exactly this: "update busybox or su" and so you claim your SuperSU is fine and you've check it, so that leaves the busybox.
Try this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox
Everytime I've had problems with busybox (for example: V6 Supercharger), that helped me.
Check if this fixes your problem, report back and see what my signature says.
