Xperia Neo - UHD 3 - Unlocked - Vengeance 1.32
After the error the phone Works perfect but i want to flash this kernel (LupusV3) STOCK

You TOTALLY saved my Nexus 5. Had a dumb Xbox 360 controller plugged in another port and once I switched them it fixed it. I love you so much. I don't post on these forums but I had to reset my password/email just to write you this. Pleasant ending to a 5+ hour long battle.

I have the same problem and still don't have solution... But I think that problem is drivers or USB port because it flashes without any problems on my other PC.

Which OS do u use?
Try using different operating system and check for the drivers if they are okay and compatible with the OS you are using.
Also if you have other PC( one of yours or your friend's) try flashing from that pc.

USB device problem

Sorry to bump an old thread, but wanted to confirm the USB fix for me as well. In my case I unplugged my WD Elements drive and my Logitech E3500 webcam and retried ADB commands. Worked great. Thanks a lot!

In my case, I was flashing my Nexus 10 from CM11 (one-click installer) back to Google factory image for LRX21P (5.0/Lollipop).

Don't use USB 3.0 port

In my case, it doesn't work when using USB 3.0 port. As soon as I switch to USB 2.0, it work!:D

    I've got the same problem (different device). In my case, the problem was a faulty USB port in my pc. Just try use another USB port, in my case it solved the problem.

    I know this is an old thread, but just wanted to emphasize that this was exactly the problem I was having with my EVO 4G LTE. You saved my ass(et) :D
