Can I flash a rom?

Just got a verizon s3. It seems to be rooted and is on CleanRom 8.1 on android 4.3. It has the baseman i535VRBMB1.

Can I flash a rom that says I need ML1? Is it safe or do I have to install ML1 first? And is the phone unlocked?

If it's already rooted and has a custom ROM, I assume so. Have you tried booting into CWM?

Nope, haven't tried. Im sure it has a custom recovery. This is the rom I want to install:http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2608639

What should i do? How do I install ML1? (do I even need it? or can i flash the rom as is?)

Try booting into recovery mode (hold Home Vol Up and Power), and see if it's stock or CWM. If it's CWM, it should be very easy to install that ROM.
