1 the GPS works now
2 enable the zram 100mb by default
3 sdcard speed tweak
4 adjust cpu voltage for power saving
5 ad free
6 change the initrd.gz file enable the KSM , create the data.ext4 file if missing
7 add some useful apps(maps music Gmail terminal ...)

I am not a ROM DEV I do it just for fun, if anyone who can improve this rom and fix bugs please re-open another thread to continue update this ROM.
I don't have much time in the following 3 days to work on the ROM. I will pay more time with my family.
Another way is just wait tytung, he will update another CM9 ROM in a few of couple days.

nice work! i am really impressed with the speed it shows!! no lag in scrolling through menus and widgets. finally ICS on HD2 runs like native ICS phones. there are bugs though, as mentioned in the nand thread. but looks like a new horizon is opened. HD2 continuing with wonders
