I've got some time this weekend I can help you test. I'm just sorting a few things out on my laptop first. I've tried the fixes no good
tried to take logcat but it says logcat : not found !!!
edit : the way I tried to take logcat ...
sdk >> platform-tools >> command window >> entered the following code

I've also been trying it won't find my device so I can't log.
