Here's my cooked WM6.5 ROM. One of my contribution for XDA Community. After my sleepless nights...
I'm still learning in this great forum, if you ever have any questions, please give a post I will try to answer as long as I can answer. Hope others can help too.

Instructions for Flashing your device with WM6.5 ROMs

* What you need to prepare for flashing your O2 XDA ATOM EXEC :
- Your beloved device, O2 XDA ATOM EXEC ofcourse
- A PC or a laptop with Microsoft Windows XP for the OS, or you may use Microsoft Windows XP on your Virtual Machine.
- ActiveSync 4.5 installed on your OS (MS. Windows XP only), you may find it here :

- USB Data Cable shipped with your device, to connect your device via ActiveSync 4.5 to your PC or laptop
- 7-Zip file archiver, you may find it here : http://www.7-zip.org/

* Preparing Process :
- Ensure your device's Battery at least 75% charged
- Download your chosen ROM
- Copy the ROM to C:\Windows\Temp
- Extract the ROM with 7-Zip at C:\Windows\Temp, until you can see six files, like this :
C:\Windows\Temp
|- Device Software Update Utility.exe
|- nova_pda_033105.mot
|- vl1d_pda_Ver.mot
|- diskimage_Ver.nb0
|- EBOOT.nb0
|- ExtendedRom.img
- Plug your USB Data cable to your device and your PC/laptop
- When your device is reconized by your PC/laptop via ActiveSync 4.5, you may do the "Flahing Process" below :

* Flashing Process : (On your PC/Laptop)
- Start DSUU by double click Device Software Update Utility.exe
- Select OS+Extended ROM by pressing tab key and then down arrow key from ur PC / laptop keyboard
- Wait until the "Flashing Process" progress reach 100% for ROM and ExtendedROM and then carry on...
- If the "Flashing Process" succeeded, your device will do the reset
- Then you will hear a tone from your device twice, means your device Flashed and Booted Correctly.

* Setup Wizard Process : (On your device)
- After your device Flashed with your chosen ROM, the very first display you can see on your device's screen is "align screen"
- Do the aligning screen until it ask your regional setting
- Then you'll see SetupWizard (Owner, Email, Network, Country, Today, Beam, Sound, Screen, Button)
- Please install all applications from the autoinstaller process
- And also do not restart till the pop-up menu where it says "Copying files .. Wait a minute"
- Then again a pop-up menu "Windows Mobile 6.5 Installation Complete. Do you want to reset now?" Chose "Yes"
- Then your device will work properly with all of the applications inside.
- Done.

For those flashing their Atom Exec for the first time from WM 5,
I suggest a complete flash with ALL option instead of only the OS+Extended ROM Option as the older version of radio causes some conflicts with the WM 6.5

213xx = MOT motorola

215xx = SAM samsung

217xx = COM1, continuing dev of 6.5.0.1 - 6.5.0.40
218xx = COM2, continuing dev of 6.5.0.50
219xx = MD, feature test branch, pretty much dead now. (unstable features are added here, this tree is based on COM1, so older base OS code, but the UI/UX code is newer)
22xxx = SEMC sony ericsson
*230xx = COM3, continuing development
*234xx = COM4, appears to be abandoned.
*235xx = COM5, more GUI changes here. New Outlook Interface.

Bluetooth driver's working properly by now, thanks to you and to AndyAdinda. And also by recmodding some files that won't fit in slot0 in WMReloclog2.txt.
About bluetooth "issue" in adding than one more device is still as issue.
I will try to fix the A2DP's problem ASAP..
I still have things to do like waiting for my son's birth...

-Did you install the "Device Lock" when the Setup Wizard finished?
-X-Button on the right corner at top or bottom?
Well I guess it is the typical of COM5 and COM3, it doesn't have X-Button at top right corner unlike COM2 as we can see at the screenshot at the first post. And it's taskbar and Start Button position is at the bottom of the screen unlike the COM2 at the top of screen.
That's why I included the H-Button that I've always used to close some programs that don't have X-Button. Have you try it?

Here's the screenshot for Lock Device and X-Button of 23557 on my device...

On Total Commande you may tap File >>>>>> Exit, like this one?


Or maybe you can try to use QuickMenu 2.8 attached below and do this one (tap the X-Button) from QuickMenu :
