Hi every body
I'm not the developer of the rom ,the developer is user(bigsoul)from www.ce4arab.com

The rom is not modified at all (stock) but it's rooted

And please can anyone port it as RUU without Root
I don't want root and I prefer RUU

I didn't test it yet (I hope someone could make it RUU)
but if this one doesn't support turkish I think 3.13.707 does
google it ,it's already released

You guys can check my thread of GB Sense 3.0 for additional supported languages like Arabic / Turkish , etc.. it is based on official 3.12 build with stock rooted version as well..

Commando you're right!
I couldn't upgrade my phone with this RUU and double clicking on it.
It gives me the error No. 131!
