I experience 199 + ma battery drain.. all the time. I will try another rom to see if is rom related. Just bought my sensation

as I said, there is no rom with such an high battery drain, what you should do is:
reinstall the rom
(format system,data,cache+wipe data factory reset)
DON'T activate any account on the very first boot, test the rom few hours, and see if you got battery drain, sure you won't, then install your usual apps and activate your accounts as well, but step by step, in order to locate what is the single element or the combo which drain your battery, that's the way to find out the culprit, see the thread in my signature
flash instructions added in second post, please flash the rom that way if you notice anything weird in your system

I also have batt drain. I think it's kernel or sweep to wake, because on sense 3.6 also rcmix my batt was doubled. I didn't install any app only stock and this rom eat my batt in 12 hours of low use only 1hr voice calls. compaired with same use of sense 3.6
well i got sweep to wake too and yes the drain is higher than sense 3.6 nbut not really so much

HOW TO FLASH EVERY ROM, INCLUDED THIS ONE
4ext touch/classic recovery is HIGHLY recommended
-put the zip in your sd card
-reboot into recovery
-run a format system, format data, format cache (*you can use "wipe'em all" features aka "format all partitions (except sd card)" which is the same but faster)
-run a wipe data factory reset (to be sure your partitions are properly mounted for the flash)
-flash the rom
-reboot
This is the best you can do, don't let a flashable zip do this work for you, your hands and your mind are the most powerful tool you own

* App installer works this way: the app is able to detect your sd card, and find any apk you put in, both in sd root and folder (whatever), so every apk being detected and the app give you the opportunity to choose what apps install, both on the very first installation wizard, and after the installation, so just make a folder with your favourite apps and follow the instruction.
