this one is not good for testing - its good for everyday use!
i updated from cm7 to cm9beta5 to cm9beta6.
no usb popup, dual mount sd working, s2e working, fm radio working with sprit fm
overall good performance, quick gps fix.
telephone.apk chrashes when i set screen density to 120dpi. i assume the is content missing for this resolution. but this is no big issue for me.
thanks dev!
Both in this ROM as well as in Munjeni's ROM I have this problem:
On 2G (EDGE) network, when I try to download/update an app in the store, I get error (403 or 927, I don't know why I get one of 2 different errors).
I can use my browser (stock, opera, dolphin), soundhound, Maps, K-mail etc, open Play Store, search apps without any problem.
I can access Internet with Wifi with no problems. I right now don't have access to a 3g network to test it.
Can anyone tell me what the issue is? This is the only issue that's holding me back from using this ROM regularly.
Please enlighten.
have you tried wiping the dalvik cache before flashing the ROMs?

Well I can't blame the network, since on CM7.2 everything works perfectly. It works for me.. Maybe your carrier has blocked the Play store?
403 in HTTP means forbidden.. Not sure if it's an HTTP error code or not though
Already have it going, and probably ready for an alpha (it passes my "does it work as a phone" test - and then some), but currently in the middle of moving.
I can upload what I have now, but there won't be any source yet (except the kernel, which hasn't changed)
Don't currently have internet anymore (using my puny 200mb data plan right now). Should be hooked up in a couple days..
(Edit: Never mind, 9 days :-\)
Been working on it while I wait though..

My brother likes my Aria so much that he wants to get one himself(He likes small phones too). I encouraged him to get the Desire C since it's more powerful and updated, but he wouldn't have any of it. He didn't care for power as long as the phone could do regular things. He also didn't care for the way the Desire C looked, and liked the Aria's sleek design better.
Looks like the Aria still has some charm
