Best way to use TiBu?

I'm about to update from one Knoxraid KK rom to the latest, AT&T based Knoxraid rom.

After a complete wipe and rom install, what is really the best way for a TiBu restore? I backup "All user apps + system data". Conservatively, I usually restore "Missing apps with data". Can can I restore "missing apps plus all system data"?... or, Can I safely use the system data items that are green in TiBu?

Any ideas?

I highly recommend avoiding system app restoring. Just do a "missing apps restore", but only check the apps YOU'VE installed previously that aren't red. Green and yellow are ok.
