[Q] Note 3 very poor connection

i bought my note 3 form Netherlands and i'm using it with DU at Dubai now...
the problem is most of the time i cannot make a call and my mobile is always out of reach!!!!
the mobile shows full signal but it cannot make a call also it always said : "cannot register to DU network!"
can anyone help?

It may still be region locked to the Netherlands/Europe.

so you think that region locked will do that as i can make calls but most of the time i cannot!
also my IMEI number is very wierd too: it has / 01 at the end of the 15 numbers!

Ah if you have made calls then it won't be region lock. Probably just a band / frequency issue with Dubai's network - switch to 2G see if it works.

As for the IMEI mine has an /01 at the end also if you type in *#06# in the keypad. Nothing to worry about.
