Based off of ATT ROM Update 3.20.502.52
I removed att bloatware including address book sync. Use at your own risk. I am not responsible for any mental, physical, financial or hardware/Software damage.
Just to make it perfectly clear, This rom was released by ATT just for the Inspire and is the third and last update we will receive for our phones It brings the inspire rom base up to date with Sense 3.0. DHD users flash at your own risk.

Known Issues:
  • People force closes after first use. Select "Hot Restart" from power menu and problem will disappear.

If you want to try a different kernel than the one included in first 2 versions or to change one in 3rd version try BD-Ace. I have tested this also and it runs well and has Overclock capabilities. It is made from the inspire based kernel 2.6.35.10 so may run a little smoother than the 2.6.35.14. It doesnt have as many features and doesnt allow a lower underclock like LordmodNCT. The difference in performance is so small its not even worth worrying about but here is link to thread--> BD-Ace Thread

BEFORE FLASHING ROM, select in recovery
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Dalvik Cache

I have my partitions set as ext3

RECOMMENDED RADIO!Here is a PD98IMG for the new radio. I currently use this and it works really well. its 26.17.14.11 and rc data is included Download Link --> 26.17.14.11 w/rcdata

Here is radio without rc/data for those who want to try it on different roms
Download Link -->26.17.14.11

I have also tested this radio and works well.
Download Link -->13.04.19

NEW RIL:

Here is the New Ril 4.0.0015 in a flashable zip. The rom comes with this as default but if you change and want to change back or just want to try on a different rom, Just flash it through recovery NOT BOOTLOADER

Download Link --> HTC_RIL_4_0_0015

You want to check what RIL you have or make sure the zip works? Download and install ZikyHD's RILInfos.apk

Download Link -->RILInfos.apk

ADD ONS:
Addons are compatible with all versions of rom.

  • Here is a zip to flash through recovery that adds battery percentage to the notification battery icon. (Only necessary with Original Rom and GizRootv_1)

    Download Link -->Battery Mod
  • Wifi Tethering app:

    Download Link -->Wireless_Tether_2_0_7.apk

BATTERY PERCENTAGE REMOVAL:A zip to remove the battery percentage from version 2

Download Link -->BatteryReverse.zip

ORIGINAL BOOT ANIMATION:

Would you mind explaining how you rooted it? I read your explanation over the general forum but.....well, no idea what you said.

I also tried extracting the radio but couldn't find the file in the temp folder. This is just to give you an idea that I still have a long way to go.

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized you guys are using the kitchen. That's a whole different world for me.

Sent from a dream.

I believe it does. But even if it didn't you could just download it from the market for free. Most all rooted roms include busybox.

I'm actually running this rom right now its stable and smooth. No complaints. Thanks OP. Also flashed the new radio along with it everything is great including GPS.

It doesn't look like it's included, but installing from the Play store works great. Thank you.

Looks like I got the 3 day suspension from dropbox for excessive traffic. I will try and get a new link up after work today. Sorry for the downtime.
