Used this for a long time but recently updated, I have no internal space and can't change download location go SD card. I searched thread n found out about beta 5 but the link doesn't work. Is there any way to change download location? Thanks

Hello.
No beta is available for the moment.

Could you write to the sdcard on older versions and not now?

Basically, latest version detects if the extSdCard is writable via direct methods and, if not, disables the custom download location filechooser. After downloading the file, you can move it to the extSdCard also via the dashboard.

Anyway a logcat would be fine (look into app's settings).

I've tried videoder, snaptube, new pipe and keep coming back to this. Hands down the best. This may not have material design (which is the reason i switched every now and then) but does pretty much everything else. Thanks for this app dentex.

Any plans to redesign the ui or have you settled with its current look?

Thanks for everything guys. ATM I would like to finish some functionality stuff, different from design. But you know, the things are strictly connected. So changing graphical things often implies changing many other pieces of code.
What I would change, given I finish the many features that needs to be completed or optimized, is the sliding menu, to be material design compliant. Actually the material theme is already applied, for devices higher than lollipop, but many of its design paradigms are not.
As always, the main problem is the time I can spend for development.

I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but unfortunately I am unable to encode the audio files to mp3. They're always saved as .m4a

I'm using the latest version of YTD.
Here are some screens.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong?
