After running Firewater, there's a message popping up saying "contacting network/emergency call" and then its updating PRL, then it reboots repeatedly. In the notifications window, its showing device management running. The way Ive been stopping this is by hitting emergency call which brings up the dialer, home key, drop down window, tap and hold device management, app info, then force stopping, clear data. I have TWRP 2.7,.SuperSU, and S off. First time ever rooting.
