Yeah its transparent. Don't know if that's how its supposed to be or not, but it doesn't really bother me. Thought about fixing it, but I had completely forgot about it until your post.

Playing around with UCCW and some icons I'm thinking about putting together. I think I may make the bezels a little thinner to get a bigger app image. Anyone know whats the biggest dimension Nova will accept before cropping? 128 x 128 always looks so small on our screens.

Regarding changing icons on the Rosie, install desktop visualizer from the market. Choose shortcut, select desktop visualizer, select icon, select app, encode it (important). Drag it from your homescreen into the Rosie. Done.5
