Hello, Ive been wanting to contribute what I can for a while, its not much yet, but always learning.
I suggest doing a nand backup of your current setup, wipe all caches, and install ROM, then if you want you can install the removed apps (mod the zip if you need to remove or add anything). The ROM dosnt come with email.apk or a video player, I like MX Player in the Play Store.
I work third shift and may not be on here right away to answer all your questions that you may have. If you dont think you should flash this, DONT
1. Based on the LIH leak.
2. Its deodexed.
3. Has an ICS theme (pulled some from Jelly Bomb) Thanks Josh Beach.

4. Slim, may not be the slimmest it can be yet, but that will come in time, much testing is needed.
5. No drop down toggle mod. (never liked to use an app for that)
6. Boot animation support.
7. Silent camera, no click, no focus sound.
8. Some other things, this is just a beta of a leak, so...

Rapps (Removed apps update.zip)
IS RIGHT HERE...
You can open the archive and remove or add what ever you want and flash via TWRP or CWM.
