Idk why but I got into bootloops after applying a theme. Had to wipe everything again to do a fresh flash.
Root It & Boot It!

Two words: Mason Kernel (I tried v14 and v15 ICS on this ROM, major lag but they did work so that's promising)
I know atyoung has a lot going on atm but I'm hoping that he'll work on this when he can spare the time.
For those that are interested: Settings/Performance/Kernel Controls/Kernel samepage merging - put a check in the little box and restart. Seems to make mine a bit snappier, ymmv
Y'know, I always thought those 'give it a few days to settle in/let the phone get used to the new ROM' responses were kinda BS.....I thought to myself: "Self, it's a piece of hardware, not a living thing, it should just do what it's supposed to from day 1", but I'm noticing less lag today than yesterday, also appears that the battery isn't draining as quickly. I wasn't getting by-the-second percentage loss, but it appeared quicker than RemICS. Alas, as my wife will tell you often happens, I was wrong- looks like my phone response is improving from the previous day, FWIW and if it might be a glimmer of hope to others.
Had another reboot just now. Thankfully I had been creating a logcat since yesterday so it should have the reboot in there. I also attached a dmesg. I couldnt make since of it though.

I have been having some random FC's like Apex did a few times and Chrome kept loading up randomly. The battery life has been a shorter than I'm used to but I'm sure that will improve.
Have been thinking about trying a total reformat of sd card and all....
Can't wait until the next update.
As most here have said don't try running Mason ICS kernels.
I flashed back to original kernel and defaults and noticed some bugs still. The screen lock slide to camera gives messages about gallery has stopped.
I also noticed that the mute button on default dialer doesn't work.
I also got a lot of reboots when using gps and voice call at the same time.

Google Play error 942 & Gmail Attachments - bugs?

- Google+ and possibly other apps cannot be installed - Google Play on the phone and online in any browser says that Google+ is not compatible with this Rom. It simply cannot be installed. On the phone, whenever I click "Install", it shows me this error:
I found some info on that error on XDA, for other apps besides Google+, where other users said it's related to the GAPPS that has been installed - in our case, that's the GAPPS that's included in this Rom: one, two, three, four
- Picture attachment in Gmail does not work - any picture you attach to any Gmail, whether directly or via any app, gets attached when you're composing the email, but the recipient never gets the attachment. Your sent mail also does not show any attachment.

I'm not sure about gmail attachment bug, but I have Google+ installed and I use it every day with no problem at all.

Did you restore your Google+, or install it manually via Google Play (phone or browser) after fresh flashing the latest 1.0 or 1.1?

For the Play Store try the following:
Menu/Settings/Apps/All
Google Play Store ---> Clear Data
Google Services Framework ---> Clear Data
Reboot to Recovery/Fix Permissions/Reboot to System
Open Play Store, it should be fixed...
Edit: As for the Gmail issues, try this work around:
In your stock email app add your Gmail account and use it to receive your mail. It should have all the email capabilities that the Gmail app has...

An update will be posted when is ready. Last week I had an update that was suppose to be released but the two testers that took it for a spin, broke it (which is good).
I will try to fit in some time this week for this ROM and fix those discrepancies. Please try not to ask for ETAs as this doesn't motivate me to work any faster

I'm working on fixing a lot of issues so please TRY be patient To be honest, I just started working on getting update for you guys this morning to keep my mind off things and I fixed the themes hot reboot bug and I'm slowly hacking away at other issues.........give me time
