ye i just tried wiping cache and dalvik. Still stuck on boot.

Gonna have to do a full wipe and reinstall!

It's nearly as smooth as gingerbread. Or even smoother (it was so long ago - using ICS from December). Simply: fast and fluid.

Choppy for me. anyway video recording quality isn't very good with HTC desire...
everything else is smooth in 3.7.

I deleted the screenstate (screen off = powersave) script from init.d, and am using smartassv2 from 384-1075MHz on the 20120602-bfs-havs-axi kernel. It's been stable as far as I can tell.

11 hours in deep sleep out of 13 hours of total state time (82% of total usage in deep sleep), regular usage throughout the day. Seems pretty good to me. Idle current draw is anywhere from 2 to 6 mA, which is pretty darn good.

search for reloaded ics, its a flashable zip that lets you modify more detailed
