This guide may work for other phones too
I did this on linux but it will work on windows too WITH SOME LITTLE CHANGES

Downloads :
1. Download your respective S7500 firmware from http://www.samfirmware.com/
the filename will be too long so lets call it firmware.zip
2. download the flasher(odin) for s7500 from samfirmware.com
3. ClockworkMod for ace plus
Thanks to mb-14 for this

Steps:-

1. now extract the firmware.zip you will get firmware.tar.md5
2. extract firmware.tar.md5 and you will get a folder with bunch of .img files
3. delete the recovery.img
4. extract cwm-trebon.tar, you will get a recovery.img, put it in the firmware folder
5. select all of the .img files and compress them into firmware.tar
6. open shell and issue these commands
md5sum -t firmware.tar >> firmware.tar
mv firmware.tar firmware.tar.md5
7. put your phone in download mode
8. Open Odin and flash firmware.tar.md5 file as PDA
when the phone restarts you won't get the yellow triangle and in the download mode it will show SAMSUNG OFFICIAL firmware
I didn't notice the flash counter, so may be it won't increase, may be it will.

HAPPY ROOTING.

For Windows Users :-

Additional Downloads:-
1. MD5SUM
Extract the exe in the folder containing firmware.tar**
2. Download 7Zip and install it.

1. now extract the firmware.zip you will get firmware.tar.md5
2. extract firmware.tar.md5 and you will get a folder with bunch of .img files
3. delete the recovery.img
4. extract cwm-trebon.tar, you will get a recovery.img, put it in the firmware folder
5. select all of the .img files and compress them into firmware.tar**
6."RUN" cmd, "cd" to the above folder and type in these commands
md5sum -u firmware.tar >> firmware.tar
rename firmware.tar firmware.tar.md5
7. put your phone in download mode
8. Open Odin and flash firmware.tar.md5 file as PDA

Hello. Thanks for ur hard working.
I'm a windows 7 user and very new in Android from Thailand. I trying to do as mentioned, but I got error like this in

flashing firmware step:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<ID:0/016> Added!!
<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..
<OSM> Please wait..
<OSM> MD5 hash value is invalid
<OSM> S7500DXLF1_S7500OLBLF1_S7500DXLE1_HOME.tar.md5 is invalid.
<OSM> End...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In making md5 firmware step, I did the following:
- extract stock firmware (S7500DXLF1_S7500OLBLF1_THL.zip)
- get ***.tar.md5 and rename to ***.tar
- extract all in folder and delete original "recovery.img"
- replace it with "recovery.img" from "cwm-trebon.tar.md5"
- compress all files (only files, not included folder) to ***.tar and rename it to ***.tar.md5 (named as above)
- Flashed
- Failed
- (I'm not open shell and issue that command because I don't know how to do it.) (T_T)

How can I solve this?

Thanks for ur attention.

Let's me ask some question.
This step (MD5sum) used to mimic md5sum from stock rom to modified rom, right??

If so, when I issue the command:
md5sum -? Firmware.tar >> Firmware.tar

The RED and BLUE must be different from the other, right??
The one is Stock and another is Modified. And they must have different name.
????
(sorry for poorly English)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

the left and the right one should be the same file. The firmware.tar that you just compressed. the one that have the ClockworkMod Recovery image in it.

P.S :-
WHY CAPTCHA ????? WHY?????????

Thank you. I'm going to try. Report to u later.

Sorry for Captcha. Because when I preview my post, It's differ from typing (especially when i want to insert indent, doubt about typing tool), so I edit it frequently. Sorry again.

Type this instead

Tell me if it works.(it should)

The result is ....

-----------------------------------
<ID:0/016> Added!!
<OSM> Enter CS for MD5..
<OSM> Check MD5.. Do not unplug the cable..

<OSM> End...
<ID:0/016> Removed!!
-----------------------------------

The command passed, but failed in flashing step.
(Before flashing, I'm check my device to disable USB debugging and without anti-virus in it.

First of all "CURSE WINDOWS"

the md5sum for windows puts a '*' in front of the filename in the output. thats the problem.

so instead of this
md5sum -u firmware.tar >> firmware.tar
Do this
1. md5sum -u firmware.tar > hash.txt
2. open the hash.txt and remove the * in front of the filename, i.e "*firmware.tar" should become "firmware.tar"
3. now in command prompt type "type hash.txt >> firmware.tar"

and then rename the file and flash it. hopefully it will work.

Thanks for ur technique. Report coming soon... Hopefully it'll work too.

UPDATE...
OK, I manage to do from extracting step...
- extract original 'S7500DXLF1_S7500OLBLF1_S7500DXLE1_HOME.tar.md5' by 7zip (let me shorten to 'S_H.tar.md5', while process I type full)
- delete original 'recovery.img' and replace by 'recovery.img' in 'cwm-trebon.tar'
- compress all that I extracted include new 'recovery.img' to S_H.tar
- input command "md5sum -u S_H.tar > hash.txt", so I get hash.txt, open it and delete '*' and then save it.
- input "type hash.txt >> S_H.tar
- rename it by DOS command to S_H.tar.md5
- open device in download mode and start to flash by Odin

I got this message:

<ID:0/016> Added!!
