[Q] [GP 5.0] Problem with mounting SDcard in CWM

Hello, i'm getting error when i try to install new zip file from CWM, infact recovery logs write that the SDCard partition is unmounted.
When i try to mount the SDCard partition i get this log:

Looks like your sd card isnt be recognized properly. Have you tried directly putting it into your computer to see if it is recognized? You might also want to try formatting your sd card from your computer.

When i told about SDCard partition i mean Internal Memory of the phone, anyway the Computer can recognize properly the Internal Memory and the ExtSDCard. I formatted both of them with the format utility of windows and after the Panasonic SDCard Formatter.

The CWM can't wipe/format them.
