Hi matmutant,
Thanks for your work. Your FAQ is, as always, really clean and usefull.
Happy new year !
Very disappointed in you now ;(
I do find that if the kb lights don't work, sliding the keyboard in, then holding the phone against a light source and sliding the keyboard out again makes it work like it should. but this has been a problem in all other roms as wellCarpe-Dimi, I'm agree with you. This keyboard fix doesn't do anything.
But keyboard light doesn't works efficiently anyway (I already changed Keyboard values in cyanogenmod settings). Sometimes it works like a charm, other times it doesn't works anymore (I tried it in a complete dark place).
Just hoping a couple of battery re-calibrations will sort out my rapidly decreasing battery level!
Very disappointed in you now ;(
Heehee, many thanks for the awesome faq

for me, instead of the light source trick, toggling on and off autobrightness in settings - display also fixes the keyboard light
Awesome! nice trick
Tho it's odd, cause even tho this makes the sensor work, it still reads out as -1/-1
I'm beginning to think it's the light sensor that isn't working properly with this ROM that's causing the keyboard light issues.

No it's not, it's still a WIP (WorkInProgress)
Also, nAa said that you should all report bugs in Bug Tracker. The bugs reported here are barely seen by him.
