My battery is discharging much faster lately even when in Idle.

I used to be able to sleep 8 hours without charging the phone and lose like 3 to 6% and now I am losing 30%/night

Check CPU Spy and make sure you're getting DeepSleep; on custom kernels I've always found that they can occasionally lose DeepSleep (usually when it's been charging for a while) and the phone just needs a restart.

Which recovery you have?
You need to flash doom kernel v1a first via fastboot then you can install other kernels from recovery.

I might be wrong, but here: https://github.com/DooMLoRD/android_...ed0cf1496fb919 it should be INIT_COMPLETION(&. By address, not by value!

THIS KERNEL IS MENT FOR STOCK ROMs ONLY...

DO NOT USE THIS KERNEL ON CM9!!!!

CM9 REQUIRES A DIFFERENT RAMDISK AND WILL NOT BOOT ON A KERNEL WHICH HAS STOCK RAMDISK

IF I SEE USERS POSTING IN CM9 THREAD SUCH "ISSUES", USING THIS KERNEL, THEN I WILL INDEFINITELY STOP WORK ON THIS KERNEL

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

thanks i will look into it...

@ALL

so from what i gather the "bootloop when entering OS" issue is now narrowed down to #9003 kernel right?

now lets see where has the "dead-sleep" issue come in... please check all test kernels for atleast a day or two and report if any of them cause this "dead-sleep" issue...
