I can confirm that this kernel runs buttery smooth on AOKP JB-MR1 Build 3. When build 4 is released sometime today I'll test it out with it as well.

EDIT
I am sad to report that this kernel doesn't work with AOKP JB-MR1 Build 4 (4.2.2). I'll try later today to get logcat to see what's going on, just tired at the moment.

I have discovered and devised a way to make the kernel compatible with absolutely everything aosp. Will update in the morning

OK guys. I will be building a new Kernel for compatibility even though this layout is much faster. Stay tuned

General FYI: This Kernel "DOES" work w/ MOST AOSP Roms w/ The Exception of Carbon.

I Had in Running on PA 3. (Past The Boot Animation And Black Screen, Using Apps Etc..)

Installed the kernel on the latest release of AOKP MR1 build 3. Absolutely no problems and a noticeable increase in power management. The kernel that comes with build 3 isn't too great in power management. It would deep sleep OK but the scaling was ridiculous. 200 to 400 and straight to 1600mhz. This kernel does well in scaling and deep sleep. With the added bonus of additional governers and increased clock speed maximum. Very stable throughout the day. Good job as always. I ran Jedi Master for 2 months before sampling AOKP. Simply put, your stuff just works. Consistently. Some builds tend to deteriorate through time regardless of cache management but yours do well to maintain performance and stability.
