well i just ran the SEUS and well it said i have the latest update on 1.6 but i just said install and it just installed 2.1 magically!! i dont kno why but 2.1 is now slow as hell!

mine is a hk generic . ermmm how do i get into the service menu now when im on 2.1 it seems to not let me in?

got the same, mini pro (generic) with O2
currently on nordic 2.1, please report when its out for germany so i can switch. unbelievable its taking so long here :<

UK on Orange (but unbranded).

Attempted manual OTA update, and was prompted to go to SEUS.

No problems, now have:

Model - X10i
Firmware - 2.1-update1
Basband - 2.0.46
Kernel - 2.6.29 SEMCUser@SEMCHost #1
Build No - 2.0.A.0.504

Following the update I cannot find any country information, but I'm sure it's a UK firmware.

updated 2.1 hong kong generic x10i as well
via pc companion, no need to repair to get the update

registered just to confirm this, since yesterday Generic x10a from Brazil received 2.1 but the SuperOneClick root doesn't work.

I had to remove my Sandisk 16GB Micro SDHC for the update to suceed (otherwise, SEUS failed to install the update on the phone after succesfully downloading it from the Internet)

Phone successfully rooted using SuperOneClick 1.5.5 (http:/ /xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=803682); I had to reboot my computer and let the "RATC looping" go on - for several minutes - until it suddenly reported the phone rooted; confirmed with Titanium Backup, Root Explorer, Barnacle Wifi Tether (on X10 mini pro, WAN/LAN interfaces are 'rmnet0' and 'wlan0') and ConnectBot ('su' after connecting to 'localhost')
