It's done through your phone. Just put the script on your sd card...download script manager..run script manager and select the script, then check run at boot and run as root...I usually select option #2. let i run, then restart your phone. Thats it.

As for the messaging thing, not sure...don't use handscent..but you could try going into settings/apps and selecting handscent, then setting it as default from there.

The v6 appears to be for CM7, I ran it with no problems, but have since removed it.

If you dont like the difference you can always uninstall the scripts.

So I installed the two scripts. I didn't have to install busybox since I had it using titianium backup. Both scripts I checked run as root. Then rebooted. Is that all I need to do?

Thanks I will try the messaging thing.

So we dont need busybox for this? The OP says to install it and I did, but notice the instructions say nothing else about busybox. I figured it did something in the backgroud for the script process.

Also if i flash a new kernel do i need to run the scripts again after flashing?

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing about handscent. I have never used it before, so I know nothing about it......sorry.

Busybox is cooked into the Rom, so i would not see why you would have to install it.

Dont know about the kernel i just asked that myself, I believe when u flash a new rom you have to do everything again. I always wipe everything.

I used 6, is there some list of the differences somewhere? (without going in to the script manager to run the process again)

Or better yet what is opt 2 functionality? ...and what kernel do you use with it?

Sorry for the questions, but who better to ask than You, King and GW when it comes to this great ROM/?

Need some help there peeps. Was able to flash just fine everything is running good BUT I can not add my Google account I tried reflashing wiping caressing the phone among other things and no go am I missing a step. Nothing special wiped everything flash rom stock kernel and dta2sd. Help!

Stock kernel, no juice defender or other measures, mild "words with friends" screen time as you can see, total talk time about 1.5 hrs.

Not bad at all

Alriiiight this is so effin great!!! Its so fast I thought I was using a 3D!!! Ok just trippin but seriously its really fast if there was any lag whatsoever before, its gone now :D

    Yes I said Final....no more updates. Love it or leave it.
    Not a whole lot more I can do with it. This is the best most complete, most stable Full sense 3.0 port for the E4G....period...:laugh:
