@kasper_h: is it possible to add the blacklist feature available at CM based ROMs in call settings?

For me it's THE best blacklist... Way better than any other programs available at Google Play, I don't even know that there was an anonymous call to my phone...

Keep up the awesome work, great ROM :)

Not on top of my priority list, although it is a nice feature indeed.

This is due to the updater that does not support old-fashioned updater scripts. CM11 merged a solution which is not (yet) part of Omni.

I haven't seen any of this. Can you explain how to reproduce?

I'm afraid this cannot be reproduced...it happens sometimes only...
i have noticed it this morning and when i saw the post by cspiby and opened data usage and performance, everything is good...no corruption..

Just an update of my Exchange activesync problem: it turns out that the problem is also present in every CM11 nightly released so far, so it goes back to 4.4.1 at least. As it seems that I'm the only one experiencing this problem and no one else is able to reproduce it, I simply gave up and went back to OMNI again, hoping for a future resolution.

MacKay OMNI is simply too good to leave it!

What i did because this was really teeing me off. I disabled Exchange and and Email in Settings-Apps All and then i download the Jellybean AOSP e-mail app, opened up the zip and installed email and exchange apks. Then went and set up my exchange account and now i have my peace. Push finally is working.

Someone posted it out on google products forum and i tried it and it works.

Go here and to get the file

http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1962097

This is a common problem with KitKat, even google is saying to go install a third party exchange app from the play store because exchange is broken with Kitkat

I have been sharing my CM7/CM9/CM10/CM10.1/CM10.2/CM11-based builds for several devices. MackayROM was first based on CyanogenMod sources, but I decided to move over to Omni as base for my ROM.

About Omni: Omni is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

If you run into errors, I may not be able to solve it!

If you know a solution to a problem, either upload it yourself to Gerrit Code Review or contact me through pm.

The ROM is based on Omni sources with the following changes:
    -Mackay Kernel:
-Set of cherries picked from gerrit (differing by the day)
-Some additional patches I did myself to the source code

Feature request are OK, but remember:
    1. I try to stay close to stock
    2. I will not include additional apps, unless they can be build from source
    3. The time I spend on features depends on how much I like them myself

Although it is possible to enable ART, this is not advisable:
-Takes long to convert from Dalvik to ART on first boot
    -Needs more RAM
    -Can cause soft reboots
But off course, YMMV -> light users may have better luck

    Changelog of 27-Feb-2014
-Omni codebase of 26-Feb (e.g. new bootanimation :))
    -QS Ribbon is gone

-Custom kernels can be used only if specific for OmniROM => currently none
