This is also my first ever attempt at anything like this. I think it turned out quite nice.

I've been running it since last night and all is good with it. Just the notification bar is black wich I like but can't read the notification with black text, but I love the look. I think you know about this already.looking. forward to more updates.

Hey just a heads up on your download link. When you click it, the page fails. It looks like it says "http://https://"....
Easy fix to get to download, just had to take off the "http://".

Looks sweet. Downloading now.

Sorry stupid question.. but does the stock droid 3 have that drop-down notification bar or did you add it in this rom?

I'm not sure if it's only for the SII. I think, may be imagining it, I've seen it on some HTC phones but not 100% sure.

Anyways, looks great! I forgot if you mentioned this in the first page, but you should theme the dialer, that'd look sweet.

    Hello,

my friend would like to install this ROM. Is the italian language present in the ROM?

Nope, sorry... Just English and Spanish, the languages supported by the stock rom. I'll see if I can do anything about other languages, but no guarantees about anything.

I got bored, so I got to work.

    UPDATE.
I updated Blur with some theme progress, replaced some icons with their ICS counterparts, and changed the font. Download is live.

Although it is recommended to make a backup in case anything goes wrong, you do not have to.

And install from zip does mean installing from recovery.
    1
thank you for the reply. so...the zip will be put in which folder?

do I need to do a format (something like "task 29") before ?

recovery mode=power button & volume + and-...and then choose which option?

I put the .zip in my downloads folder on the EXTERNAL SD CARD. (you can put it anywhere you'd like because you will have to manually navigate to it anyway.)

1)Once you boot into CWM Recovery go to option #5 "Install Zip From SDCard" (Navigate with volume +/- and Selecting with power key)
2)Now depending on where you placed it you want to select either option #1 For external sd card or option #5 For internal. Choose the one your .zip is on.
3)Navigate to the folder where you placed it (if it isn't on there don't panic keep scrolling down)
4)Select the .zip you would like to install
5)Then it will ask you to confirm install. Select the Yes - Install (insert rom name here)

When it is done installing, you want to hit the reboot system now option.

It may take a few minutes to initially boot after starting the rom (especially if you wiped your system, don't panic)

    Hope this helps!

    Edit

That doesn't look much at all like what I have running right now, and the biggest update so far from .9441 and .95 are menu icons.

Also, Blur launcher wins the poll. If you want to use another launcher instead, go right ahead. If I have extra time on my hands between work and parties over the weekend, I'll theme some other launchers.

What screen capture method are you using?
