Darioc, did your sdcard mount in let's say Kitkat or is this the first rom you flashed after repartitioning? As far as I know a couple of people here have repartitioned their device but haven't run into any trouble.
If the last one is the case you might have made a slight mistake at the step where you have to reformat it as fat32.
Could you use adb and show the output of:
Code:
adb shell
parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 print

That will show us your partition table and I'll have a look if something went wrong.

Hi Vashiru!

For some reason my laptop isn't connecting through adb :( (needs mantainance :p ) so i did the print of the partition on the phone and i can confirm the sdcard is fortmated as fat32... hope this late response helps in any way!! :good:

Long shot but go into the recovery and mount your sdcard there. Then reboot and see if it mounts in the os. Also my question remains if this was the first rom after repartitioning or did you flash like kitkat before installing this one?

https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934517504

Main change is that i switched the oppo-common device tree from Slim to CM, maybe it can solve some bugs as autorotation for some of you.

Thanks a lot for testing and happy flashing:)

Cheers

New DU Lollipop

Hello Guys,

It took me a while before taking some time to port DU Lollipop to Find5...

Here is a first Unofficial DU L build for Find5:
DU_find5_5.0.2_20150131-1557.v9.0-UNOFFICIAL

Download:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934520782

MD5: a14cca1afce39958145cfebcb43828bb

Build is based on CM device/kernel trees...i tried as much as possible to build it with Omni tree but did not manage to achieve a correct result.
No modifications made to original DU, just a tweak of the Find5 storage.xml to have the App2SD activated (really important for this device)

Install:
Make sure you have the last recovery (recommended TWRP 2.8.4.0)
Full wipe
Install Rom
Install Gapps (all known are working)
Reboot

Features:
CM Theme manager is included
Supersu included
All known features in Lollipop

You may experience some Apollo app fc's after the first boot, i think it's due to recent commits (theming).
No other major bugs, your feedback are needed and appreciated.

Cheers & Nice weekend!

This is a really clean ROM. I've been using as my daily driver since 26th with no bugs. The only thing I had to set up manually was the Giffgaff apn settings. The camera is not quite up to ColorOS but that is a CM problem (not having oppo drivers?). A really big thanks for breathing life into my F5. Regards and respect

New DU Lollipop

Hello Guys,

here is a DU update:) : DU_find5_5.0.2_20150206-0757.v9.0-UNOFFICIAL
Download:
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934524036

Changelog:
Lot of Navbar fixes and improvements
Heads_up fixes
Better looking icons in Settings
And more little fixes

Guys wanting to have Double tap to wake...i won't "hack" DU trees, i prefer to wait they implement it officially with buttons in settings.
But...you can try to activate it manually with a terminal emulator from your device

Open Terminal
Type su (enter..it will ask you to grand supersu rights)
Type "echo 1 > /proc/touchpanel/double_tap_enable" (enter)
it should do the trick

if it works and you want to keep it after reboot, place this file (with a root explorer) in /system/etc/init.d folder and grant the following access: rwx r-x r-x

Cheers & Nice day

I just installed DU_find5_5.0.2_20150206-0757.v9.0-UNOFFICIAL (so the most recent one) and it seems like the SIM card issue is back. It's not throwing me any error messages but it simply won't unlock my SIM card when I enter my PIN code. It just shows the spinner and the text unlocking SIM card... Without SIM the OS boots just fine. Planned to move onto Lollipop since my CM11 rom was starting to show some issues. I'll try the 20150131 one and report back asap.

Report back: I gave 20150131 a spin and it unlocked until I installed the 13th february Slim Mini Gapps. Retried the same procedure with CM12 and the same thing happened. When trying without Gapps it unlocked with a system UI crashed error. Didn't think much of it untill <5 minutes later my screen started to turn off and on again by the crashing of the system UI.

After some more trying I'd like to add that the issue doesn't occur with the Liquid Smooth asylum rom. After using the PA-Gapps Nano I'm still able to unlock my phone and use it as intended.
There are however some other issues though:

1. Screen flickering when accessing the volume menu (when changing notification / music volume). This also happens when you want to adjust the brightness from the settings panel so it probably has to do with the heads-up style notification.
2. When leaving a WiFi zone it won't always switch to 3G properly. A quick toggle of airplane mode on/off does however resolve the issue.
3. Null-Null issue in the notification drawer hasn't been resolved (yet) but I do think I know what's causing it, and it isn't the Gapps. In my people/contacts app I didn't have my own profile set-up. Causing it to default to null-null and the silhouette avatar. However after setting up an image there the silhouette disappeared, and my pictures showed up. It's however still showing null-null and the contact app is acting a bit funny when trying to enter the details of my own profile so that might be what's causing it.
4. Screen rotation appears to be non-funtional. I've already tried enabling/disabling auto-rotate and the allowed angles but it didn't resolve the issue.

But great work so far, LiquidSmooth seems to be the only ROM I can run right now without running into any SIM card issues so looking forward to the next version, keep up the good work!

Animation Loop

Hope someone can tell me the secret to making Lollipop roms stick and run on my Oppo Find5 - I factory reset plus wipe all: System, Dalvik, Cache & Data...It boots but then gets past the oppo screen and finally stuck forever on the rom's own animation - of any lollipop I tried.
What am I doing wrong or overlooking?

How often will the Rom be updated?

When i found Time, Real Life come first

    How do I flash it?

If coming from previous Asylum OMNI or official OMNI and you want to do a dirty install:

    1. boot into recovery
    2. flash the Rom
    3. reboob

If coming from previous Asylum OMNI and you'd like a clean flash:

    1. boot into recovery
    2. do a full wife
    3. flash the Rom
    4. reboob

If coming from any other ROM:

    1. Copy Gapps and Asylum OMNI Zips to your internal SDCard
    2. Boot into Recovery
    3. Do a full wife (format date, sysyem, preload & cache is the best)
    3. Flash Asylum OMNI zip from internal SDCard
    4. Flash Gapps zip from internal SDCard
    7. Reboob
    8. Don't restore system stuff or apps + data using Titanium, it might cause issues

When you have Root Problems flash the SuperSU.zip

    New Asylum Omni Build

    Hello Guys,

Some points regarding Find5 dev in this thread, it has been a while for different reasons, including a pc crash that force me to restart my build environment from scratch :(

Asylum Omni has been delayed for a month and new build is now available, see below. Omni build will remain slim, striped and with only some cherry picks for light roms lovers.

Carbon builds have stopped. Why? I decided to port another rom to our device, much more complete and with support of a great dev team, Dirty Unicorn.

I took me lot of time to manage to have it ported to our device, but last test build (which i posted the link here earlier this weekend) is really a good starting point, if you like all included features rom, it's for you! It has everything you may want (halo, themes, headers, tweaks...)
Please this remains unofficial builds for the moment, so no support will be given on official DU site for this, please pm me when issues.

    Kernels:
Omni is based on "omni" kernel and is compatible with great Bidji kernel
DU Find5 is based on CM kernel and is compatible with Infinitus kernel you may find on Oppo forums.

    New Omni Build available:
