I wanted to re-root my android 3.2.4 because I was having problems all of a sudden with this one ROM. So what I did was follow the tutorial from this site.

I did much so installing that I'm so confused where exactly I am now at. I downloaded the files it told me to and followed the directions, hopefully, correctly.
When I wipe data/factory reset, and install the PB31IMG for 2.2 (2.2 downgrade) PB31IMG.zip, it shows that I'm S-OFF, SuperUser Permissions app is installed, but I don't have a ROM of my choice. When I install the ROM via recovery, it successfully installs but right after the splash logo of HTC INCREDIBLE, the screen turns black and doesn't progress from there. Help? Thanks.
