do you have access to a xtc clip?
if you can use the xtc clip to full s-off then run the ruu. job done
if you can use the xtc clip to full s-off then run the ruu. job done

You need to relock your boot loader for an ruu to work. relock the bootloader and remove the rom.zip from the htcdev bootloader unlock ruu. Remember an ruu with a lower hboot will not run. Rename it to pc49img.zip and put it on the root of your sdcard. Boot to hboot and allow the bootloader to flash the rom. but if I was you I would just try to get access to an xtc clip and fully s-off the phone. Then it will run any ruu and custom rom.
