Yes it is, have the same problem, other than that great rom.

Hey guys sorry for being late
The problem is with the WiFi module I forgot to get it when moving the kernel
Uploading the fixed ROM into new XDA system 6%

I flashed int2ext4+ and works flawless .

I recommend you use either INT2EXT4+ or INT2EXTV2+ for speed and compatibility.

I found a good website called pimpmymiui. Just google it. Full of great themes and they look like they work with this ROM.
