[Q] formating encrypted internal sd ccard

The phone is stuckk in the bootloop. Try falshig the stock rom , with heimdall, odin, but cannot make the phone work :

after encryption the SD card has :

I am not sure how to format this and reload with new parition.. and where can I get the partition for N7100 international. and steps to create the partition.

parted /dev/block/mmcblk0 does not execute as the mem blk is not found
