And you're right, HTC also said on the DACH Site, that they couldn't confirm the ICS List that was posted from Samarth Rasiwasia.
And seriously who would post such a list and risk his job?
He would be fired by now if he really was an employee.
And also i think he just removed it, because some people said desire-z and salsa would be to weak to run it.
So he just removed it so the list looks more truer.
But i think the desire-z is very able to handle it.
- It has a very fast adreno205 gpu.
- The cpu is a second generation cpu, so even if it runs at only 800mhz, it would run faster as first generation 1ghz processor.
Also it is able to run at 1ghz officially, but is underclocked at the moment from htc.
So if it really depends on this 200mhz, they just can clock it at normal speed.
- It has 1,5gb ROM, so it will not have the problem of the less storage like the desire or nexus one.
- The only culprit at the moment are the 512mb RAM.
But maybe with Sense 3.5 and a little bit of optimizations this will not be a bottleneck.
