used it from the time you posted it yesterday ... here are my thoughts so far:

the thing is incredibly smooth ... great job there.

once i got past the SU issue, everything installed and worked correctly.

i have had 4 LOS since yesterday. Toggling airplane mode from setting did not work (couldn't get it out of airplane mode). I installed my copy of switch pro and the airplane mode toggle works there. just have to check my phone often to make sure it's not out.

My big problem so far: Google Music does not stream track tags to my radio via bluetooth like its always has in the past, including your older rom. Get that fixed and we are golden.

I might have to grab the MAP commit for Bluetooth from CM so that track info gets sent over Bluetooth

Anyone that's experiencing LoS, do me a favor and try this, go into the build.prop and change the line that says:

ro.telephony.ril_class=SamsungCDMAv6RIL

and change it to:

ro.telephony.ril_class=SamsungRIL

and run it for about a day and tell me if you get LoS anymore.

This kinda sucks. I loved all the great work you did on AOKP and the built in tweaks of AOKP are what made me switch over. Too bad...

Hey guys,

Can someone add a short status about what works, what's flakey, and what's missing? This sounds incredible however, I'm thinking about taking it for a spin.

I've been working on this for a while in lieu of AOKP.
Because, honestly, I didn't like working on AOKP.
I like working on something I had a hand in creating.

    Anyway.
    Use at your own risk.

This is pretty much straight up AOSP with a few things added hear and there to accommodate
    our device.

    Get it here.
    Get gapps here.

    Build 8-21-2012:
    Initial Release.

    Build 8-24-2012:
    Rotation better (hopefully)
    LoS better (hopefully)
    Added Bluetooth MAP (needs testing)
WiMax going unknown on first try fixed (Thanks sbrissen!)

    Build 9-05-2012:
Switched to AOSP hardware_ril from CM9 hardware_ril (Hopefully help with LoS)
    Upstream kernel changes from sbrissen

    Build 9-09-2012:
Buncha Telephony stack changes from CM
    Newer SamsungCDMAv6RIL (Thanks UberPinguin!)
Pulled in some smdk4210 kernel changes from CM gerrit.
    Switched to d710 naming convention.

    Install Instructions:
    Download it (duh :p)
Odin EL26 recovery, or a known safe ICS recovery.
Wipe Data/Factory Reset (I stress this. If you don't do this. I will laugh at you if you have problems.)
    Flash rom.
    Flash gapps.
    ????
    Profit.

    Battery life may vary.
The first full night I ran it I got 18 hours with 2 and a half hours screen on.

    Known Issues:
    - Occasional LoS. Doesn't affect everyone. Just toggle Airplane Mode.
    - Camcorder effects cause FC
    - 4g goes to "unknown" when first initialized. Turn on again it will work
    - SU/Superuser are kinda wonky. Just "update" the SU binary.

Credit to sbrissen for being the man.
Credit to CM for a lot of there stuff I used to get this working.

Thanks to scarmon and slick_rick for testing.
Thanks to TeamSbrissenMod for overall awesomeness.

    Enjoy.

Can't fully test it right now because keyboard won't pop up for some reason. So I decided to just skip the whole sign in and keyboard won't pop on text messaging app, play store and browser. Just letting you know.. I'll probably try a reflash.

That's very odd.. working on it right now.

    EDIT:
New build is uploading right now. Keyboard issue fixed.

    EDIT2:
    Build is up.

Awesome, do you have a quick way you could run a build for the SCH-R760? Or at the very least compile without Wimax/4G? After that I can do the rest of the changes.

E4GT build is uploading right now.
R760 will probably have to wait till tomorrow.

    Op and download link updated.

Not that it matters to anyone or the funcionality of this rom but should be Sandwich instead of the evil sand ;)

Omg! xD I typed the title so fast I didn't even notice it.

Really great ROM, very smooth and battery has been very good. I only get LOS if phone sits for a long period of time. Other than that this runs really great and that's its just straight up AOSP, with nothing added its perfect. Very simple. Thanks!!
