PLS Help my T-Mo mini jam does not ring just vibrates!!!

Please help my TMobile mini compact jam does not ring no matter what I choose. It just vibrates. I believe something wrong with speaker but I dont' know how to approach/fix it. Please help if you do, I appriciate very much for your help.

Same thing happened to me and I had to hard reset to fix it.

Hi there,

Thanks for a helpful reply, I've tried a hard reset but no luck. It's still the same. I am planning to update to the latest ram to see what happens.
