yea i'm not sure if it's safe but ill update this over the weekend too lazy to update right now
Here, use the ones I modded for KRT16S.
Don't forget to flash the stock one first!

Weird. The first time I tried your modded framework-res.apk the N10 rebooted, crashed and ended in a bootloop. The second time it's working.

You have to flash stock first, reboot then flash the modded file.

My guess is that you will not be able to sideload this via stock recovery, since it's not an officially signed .zip
Technical question: why do one have to flash stock first?
I believe it's something with permissions. Almost every mod concerning framework modifications work this way.
Last zip only had to flash the transcluent one and it was fine... think I will wait for more input or another version before I try..
How come this only applies to my lockscreen? No transparent bar besides when i'm on the lockscreen. I flashed the latest factory image from Google today. Help plz. (and thanks)

I flashed the original zip from the op after taking the newest OTA without any problems.

I don't think the stock launcher from the factory image supports transparency. To use the Google Experience Launcher (which supports transparency), install the latest Google Search app from the Playstore and activate it by installing the apk manually. Yep, the Google launcher or the new nova launcher beta both support transparency.

Just used wejgomi's zips, flashed stock then rebooted, then flashed the trans zip and cleared my caches, all good here. Thanks
Its not a matter of if it will work, but it's an old Framework that you're flashing

Thats why I waited, did not want to use the old framework. Wejgomi's are for KRT16S

Sideloading, but getting a Footer is Wrong, signature verification failed message, then installation aborted message with wejgomi's zips. Any reason for this error?
I flashed stock image, then flashed krt16s-Manta-Stock.zip, then rebooted, stuck in a bootloop. I tried flashing the krt16s-Manta-Trans.zip instead/afterwards, nothing works. I always get a bootloop. What can I do?

15well here you guys go.....title kinda says it all. this enabled the translucent navbar/lockscreen/statusbar on google's android 4.4 ota...just push the framework-res.apk to /system/framework/ and you should be set..tested on my nexus 10

wiped dalvik and cache fixed permissions and rebooted should work fine, i tried to do dual pane for settings but that didn't work out
