it is NOT built from source, all it has is a modified bootanimation.
To further confuse people it does not say Android version on first post or anything about how it was built.
To all those thinking of trying it : keep away and wait for a real deal, for now I can hardly see a reason to upgrade to this.

I advise you to read the first post before saying crap like that; you'll embarass yourself.

And the kernel has to be different because the ROM is ext4 and kernel needs to support it (LG Stock is ext3). And if you look in the first post you'll see that I've released another kernel still in experimental phase with many more changes.

If it'd be the same, the phone wouldn't feel faster and get +300 points in quadrant for i.e.

ROM doesn't need to be necessarily built from source mind you.
Many of the best ROMs (Optimus 2X, Galaxy S, ...) are based on stock.

Also I don't see how it makes it easier to develop real roms for LG Black, it's just someone's backup with stripped off media files.
Until we find a way to boot into recovery with a key combination, having custom roms is problematic.
For someone willing to look into this, see how Xperia X8 boots into xRecovery :
on boot, there's a small script waiting for 3 seconds for any keypress, and if it detects it, it starts the Recovery. Same way it can be done on LG.

No difference in performance? Do an antutu for example.
Everything you're saying goes against all the other feedback I've been receiving. I don't get why you're trying to burn me but whatever. What, is it like: "I'm going to release something soon and now I'm saying crap about yours so people will try mine"? Kids.

And it'll help so other ROM cookers can use my updater-script. I received many PMs asking for mount points and such.

Regarding the keypress, I've tried pressing the corners on boot but no go.
There probably is a key combo to boot, it's just disabled in SBL most likely.

Now, I won't join your party and start a flamewar here, you've expressed your strange (hidden motivations?) and thank you for it. Now, if you don't like it, ignore the thread. If I see any more posts from you just for the flame, I'll report them as spam.

what shoul i do? help please.....

You messed up somewhere, it's working for everybody else.
If you are in the blue error "lg security team" thingy and it doesn't go past it, you'll need to flash a firmware.

Recovery doesn't have anything to do with the ROM.
