Have adb set up?
adb reboot download
Don't have adb?

Just open the command prompt and make sure you're in the right directory and type the command above.
By hand, pull the battery to make sure it is completely off, then once the battery is back in, hold Volume Down + Home + Power.
If neither of those work, then you might have a Note 3 clone.
