I've done this procedure several times and always been successful without wipe

I do not understand what can be

you have to start from odinmobile retried after the wipe?

Tried it again and got my problems back, but now I've found the solution:

Problem was the original odexed LC1 ROM. With this ROM I've got always a boot loop but with an deodexed LC1 or any other Custom deodexed all is fine. ;)

Like the red style...

    He means that in his ROM has the same problem with the same kernel.
    This kernel doesn't working properly with every custom ROM...;)
