CM11 problem with root and wifi

, up installed cm 11 over Cm 10.2.1 and seem to have faulty root. Titanium works but nothing else. I keep getting out of date binary but cannot install from the app and using can does not work either. What to do?
Also each time I reboot I have to reenter wifi passwords. What to do?

Did you wipe data/factory reset when you updated to CM11? Maybe you should have.
