I had another copy of twiz I was using and the notifications were blending in with the bar and I couldn't see them. Your twiz was working so I jusy changed the launcher icon. Guess I made that harder than it had to be!

Do you make revert packages so we can try themes or do I need to nandroid back?

Love the rom, excellent job. I'm using it with the ka5 modem and ka5 voodoo kernel and it's great.

This has happened to me before. I tried to reboot and all that but to no avail. I wound up odin back to stock then relished and I never had the issue since. You could try that.

This exact same thing happened to me today. Just in case you haven't resolved it yet:

1. This link saved my life: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=803492
2. I then re-rooted
3. Re-downloaded Rom Manager (and got the recovery to work, which I had to re-do the "apply" step of #2 about 3 times).
4. In Rom Manager, restored my backup (which fortunately I made).

I have no clue what I did wrong, but my phone now works!

Anyone using wifi calling having trouble getting picture messages? On ka5 stock they came right over, but they are hanging up on me on this one not sure why, everything else is working perfect. I've been turning off wifi to get them as they give me an error can't download

Disregard, can't do anything wifi gives force closes kineto something as soon as I try to use it, this it's terrible, love the rom but need wifi calling.

Oh well, back on KA5 stock again. This ROM is great, but I can't seem to do anything but text on wifi which isn't working, no mms and no actual calls, odd because it worked on Nero both the JL4 and JL5 builds. Guess I'll try again when the new ROM is out.

I am using "stock+Voodoo-Froyo-T959-UVJK6-unsigned-update" kernel, so wondering if this modem/voodoo combination is the culprit since it seems others do not have the problem?

Going back to Nero until this is fixed - but I hope to come back to this ROM as I really liked it!

I'm having problems where sometimes when I boot my phone flight mode is turned on and I can't turn it off. The only way I can get my data signal back is to reboot my phone, but I have to reboot it several times before flight mode is finally off. Is there a way to get this fixed?

upgrading

im on 2.2.6 and want to upgrade to 2.2.7
is there an easy way to upgrade all this without doing it from scratch? it took me an hour customizing the whole phone even after batch restoring from titanium backup... surely there's an easier way im not aware of? or does everyone customize all over again after they upgrade a small upgrade like the one above?

Takes me a while to get it close to where i want it too. Thats why i dont flash every ROM going. Just been flashing the Axura's and not even every one of those.


If you use Launcher Pro and ADW Launcher, you can backup and save those setups too. Dont think i like the Gingerbread launcher(if thats what it is called) theres no way to change the settings/customize it that i see. Dont like just three icons on the dock either.

    Recovery​


    -Hold vol up + vol down
    -Wait until you see the second vibrant screen & release.
    Note: If you cannot get into recovery, then you may have a hardware locked vibrant... Please read about that.


    Download Mode/Odin​


    -Remove EVERYTHING (Battery, Sim Card, Memory Card)
    -Start Odin w/ Administrative Rights (If On Vista/Windows 7)
    -Plug The Phone Into Your Computer
    -Hold vol up + vol down
    -Insert your battery (Keep holding)


    How To Flash Axura Roms​


    First Time Installation:
    -Place The Axura.zip File On The Phone
    -Place The update.zip File On The Phone (Attached Below)
    -Reboot Into Recoery
    -Select Reinstall Packages (Do it again if needed)
    -Select Install Zip From SdCard
    -Select The Axura .zip File

    Updates:
    -Place The New Axura.zip
    -Reboot Into Recovery
    -Select Reinstall Packages
    -Select Install Zip From SdCard
    -Select The Axura.zip File


    Wipe Battery Stats​


    -Charge Until 100%
    -Run The Phone All Day, Let It Die
    -Charge Until 100%
    -Reboot Into Recovery
    -Select Reinstall Packages (Do it again if needed)
    -Select Advanced
    -Select Wipe Battery Stats


    How To Backup Apps​


    -Go to the market and download and install Titanium Backup
    -Load up Titanium Backup and allow super user permissions
    -Go into Preferences and change Backup Folder name to external_sd/TitaniumBackup (this will save a copy of the files to your external SD card for restoring after flash) then click back and it will reload
    -Now go to batch and select backup all user apps. Select the apps you want and hit run batch (top of the screen) once it is finished (you will know as there is a notification in the drop down that it is done) Double check you external sd for the Titanium Backup folder, if it is there then you are good, if not double check the spelling. Make sure it is an underscore between external and sd. ex. external-sd = Wrong..... external_sd = right so it should read external_sd/TitaniumBackup


    How to update busybox - (Already updated to 1.19.0.git as of 1/12/2011)​


    -Go the the Android Market
    -Search for "Busybox"
    -Download & Install Busybox app
    -Allow root access
    -Select "Busybox 1.18.0.git"
    -Install
