[Q] About extracting ROM, and editing

for example i have a ROM with the default ADWlauncher.apk

and i want TouchWizLauncher.apk to be the default launcher.

THEN, i will extract the ROM, go to system > app

then can i replace the ADWlauncher.apk and put TouchWizLauncher.apk and then

compressed zip, then flash. will it work?
