i have installed as well but for me is a little faster than ICS and we got some new widgets too.

Not downloaded it yet (just finished a deployment and going to bed) but am curious, does this have Wifi Calling? If so, I believe this will be the first Jelly Bean-compatible version of Wifi Calling and quite a few people will be wanting to port this out.

if you're a noob, i'd say your safest bet is just wait man... there were clear instructions in the OP..
I just upgraded to this, and before I installed the update, I used OTA Root Keeper, restored root after the upgrade, and it worked! I still have root!

32Jelly Bean 4.1.1 OTA update released. This file patches your stock firmware to Jelly Bean.
Apply zip over STOCK T999UVALH2 found here

Stock firmware T999UVALH2
1. Download and install stock (if you are not already on stock rom) This is needed as a base. The update will otherwise fail
2. Download OTA
3. Apply zip in recovery menu
4. Enjoy Jelly Bean 4.1.1
Since I dont have this model myself, the OTA update is not tested by me.
