I understand that this can be accomplished through ROM Manager (but I'm getting a download error) or through fast-boot/adb (which I admittedly don't have the time, patience or complete understanding to do) so if someone had time to make a flashable zip, I'd imagine that'd benefit the community greatly.

There is an older version here (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1584576) but OP is no longer updating or supporting.
