Op's link are down, tried the links above me with working links, but after installing and rebooting i am being led back into the recovery constantly.
Found this link in the midst of my searching, miui ics.
Everything is in chinese though(bare in mind, i dont read chinese). You would have to navigate yourself blindly to the language and keyboard in the setting, then change the default to english.
There are tons of chinese apps, all of which i deleted. Camera is sense camera, which i felt takes better pictures, s2w kernel and seems quite smooth to me. Everything seems to be working. been on it for a day now and no reboots(or is it too early to tell).

Here is the latest MIUI v4 3.2.22 (last MIUI v4 rom) ) (it's official and directly from MIUI) I have no idea is it multilanguage or not.

49Okay Guys I have now decided to stop my porting of MIUIv4 as we have official build now...
So this thread will just be open to discuss bugs and share anystuff related to miui...and also link up some mods that will make life for newbies easier and be one point source for desire s miuiv4 issues...I will just update whatever kernel and stuff is needed so that you can flash a clean installation always...

Also, i aint here to steal vampire port, i just happened to made my port, and it was prepared to the auto port.... so i contacted vampire if he wants to work with me on it at the end we decided that we will keep the auto port, and as i am pretty busy atm, he will test it and fix it with me
